This page is the account-deletion request for SpeakStory AI, published by Datavex Labs Ltd.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to hello@speakstory.ai.
- Use the subject: Delete my SpeakStory AI account.
- Write the email address of the account you want deleted (Google or email sign-in).
We process requests within 30 days. You do not need to stay signed in to the app.
What we delete
- Your SpeakStory AI account (email / Google sign-in).
- Chat text stored on our servers.
- Voice-usage records we keep to run the app.
- The link between your account and Plus on our side.
What we do not delete here
- Google Play purchase and subscription records — Google keeps those. Cancel Plus in Google Play subscriptions if it is still active.
- Talk history stored only on your phone — uninstall the app or clear app storage.
Retention
We may keep security or billing logs for up to 90 days, then delete them. We do not keep your chats to advertise to you.
We do not offer partial deletion of only some data while keeping the account.
